Wedding Venue

Either do it yourself or use a “party planner” - this is not a wedding package but gives you your own country house around which to build a never-to-be-forgotten occasion. There are wonderful, photogenic spots around the house and grounds to make your wedding pictures really special.

If you are planning a small wedding, the house will accommodate a reception of up to 50 but there is plenty of room in the garden for a marquee for a larger gathering. We can put you in touch with caterers, florists or a planner but of course you are absolutely free to plan your day as you wish, with no constraints.

There is a charge of £300 to hold your wedding at Bruisyard Hall, over and above the weekend/week's hire rate, and you will need to pay the Registrar separately deben@registrars.suffolkcc.gov.uk

In addition to the hire of the house, we make an extra charge of £10 per guest over and above the 20 staying in the house i.e. if there are 50 guests, there will be an additional charge of £300. If you have 120 guests, there will be a charge of £1,000.00 and you will need to hire a marquee and portable lavatories.
